NFIs Project # 33515 Distribution Activity

During 20th/ to 29h/June/2025 GFO field team  conducted monitoring visit to Alsunta locality for the distribution of the SHF- NFIs project # 33515 items,

conducted emergency meeting with the distribution team and approved the distribution plan presented by the GFO programme officer, then presented the distribution plan to the community leaders meeting who endorsed it.   

Then prepared the distribution tools such as the master list, distribution format, ink and the tokens for the beneficiaries.  The delivery of the Items agreed with the vender to dispatch all the items on site at each admin unit to ensure the availability of the items taking in to consideration the expected hazards                 

The distribution started on 21th June 2025 and continued for 10 working days and finished on 29th June 2025 the distribution team composed of 8 people  3 of them doing fingerprint and one observing the group 2 with the community leaders for the arrangement, one with the sheikh for the crowd control  and one person in general observer for the process 

The Methodology:

1. The volunteers to arrange the package of the items for one household 
2. The community to control the beneficiaries according to the list 
3. The beneficiary to come and check the name on the master list and register on the receiving list and fingerprint to give the token for receive 
4. The control for receiving to get the token from the beneficiary and give the items
